If I was in your shoes I'd probably go for a female lesser and a female pin. Maybe even shoot for a female pastel. You could probably pick up all 3 for your price range. Then get a 2011 male bee and put him with those females and have a chance at 3 amazing clutches. Killerbees, queenbees, spinnerblasts, and so on!! You'll probably be able to get a male bee for around $350 for an 11 hatchling. Any male bees I produce this year ill be selling for around $350. That's just something I'd do if it was me.

Yeah, a lot of the breeders will throw in single-morph males almost for free with morph females. That's how I got my black pastel breeding machine male... but it's usually males that they throw in for free, not females.

I'm in an enchi mood. Is anybody else in an enchi mood lately? Enchi, or one of the BEL genes.

Or a FIRE. If you get a fire female now... and a bumblebee boy later... you can make fireflies. Yeah!

Great idea! I think that makes perfect sense. I just picked up my digital thermo/hygros, power cords for flexwatt, DIY rack, and will be shopping for all three snakes soon! I hope I can get a good deal with all three of them from one breeder. I just need to drive up to the Beanfarm and grab my Herpstat and Flexwatt and then I'll be snake shopping. Thanks for all the great posts!

    Regards,

    B
