Riddex Pulse! Your gunna laugh.
Okay so i have this Riddex pulse in my house and i don't know if it would effect my snake. I say i highly doubt it but, who knows just wondering if anyone has any ideas or knows anything about this. If it would indeed cause my snake some stress.
She seems pretty relaxed so i doubt it lol.
But safety first!
Here is the link: if you don't know what it is.

My only question is, does it work ?
I've seen and heard of these things for years and years, and they were always proven as a waste of money.
I haven't seen this brand though, so I'm curious.

Lol i am not here to sell this product but before i use to hear scratching and biting in my walls from rodents and i could only catch so many with traps. God knows if this makes them leave my house but i don't hear them anymore lol.
But i don't think it will effect my snake either and speak of the devil she is roaming her cage right now lol

You'll have to let me know if this thing works for you! Hard to imagine that it would really work, but it'd be awesome if it does.

Like i said i use to be woken up in the morning with chewing on my walls. It seems to do the trick cause i have not heard a scurrying rodent in the house for a WHILE! Just wanted to make sure it doesn't tweak my snake out. Shes been roaming the cage like crazy and flicking her tongue and climbing the walls lol. I hope shes not doing it because of the riddex i doubt it cause when ever i am around usually shes chillin in her cold side hide.

How long have you had it in place? (The Pulse thingy) Did her roaming begin about the same time you plugged it in? You might try unplugging it for a few days, without changing anything else about her environment (don't feed her at the start of this experiment, for instance) and see if she suddenly settles down.
My "how long" question has two reasons. One...wondering if it coincided with the increased snakie activity...and Two...wondering how long it took before you noticed a real difference in the rodent activity.

one of you guys with a rodent room should plug one in and see if your feeders go crazy or not.
A room full of empty racks and thermostats that have been unplugged.

That would be a funny experiment.

I've had this since I've gotten her =). She was like this at the store too because she had not been feed and that was her day to feed. Two days after i got her i gave her a pinkie mouse. I'm sure shes hungry, and that's what i hypothesize is going on. Shes flicking her tongue searching around. Last night before doing this she had her head sticking out of the hide, she looked as if she was waiting for something .
I'm going to get her hoppers as soon as possible as she is a bigger snake like i said she has to be at least 18-20 inches in length my friend just dropped off a scale at my house so i will get a weight on her this Friday. Her girth is about 7 1/4 CM so she has a decent girth to her.
