In my experience, once they get most of it off they stop trying. Try taking a warm, wet towel and letting her crawl through it. Gently getting it off yourself. What is your set up like? Are you measuring humidity?
My spiders have trouble shedding everytime. I just give them a little extra humidity, like 70%.
