Punnett squares to me are a really bad way of depicting what going on. but you have to lay them out by possibility of what they can pass on.
the male is on top and with he genes he can do 1 of 4 things, pass both an albino and pastel gene, pass just pastel, pass just albino, or pass neither, the female only passes an albino gene or doesn't. now you do your matrix then look at your results, single capital letters are heterozygous (aka het) and 2 similar capital letters are homozygous.
