    Is she ovulating ??

this is my fist year of breeding. So i am not 100% sure of what to look for. Is she ovulating or still building ? she was locking up like crazy a few months back. For the last month she has shown no interest in males. pic was taken today and she has not had a meal in a few months.

if so how much time dose she have untill she lays ?

I dont have an exact date but around mid DEC.

She looks huge in person. The pics kind of minimized her size

Wow, she is HUGE. Does she all of a sudden look this big? Like did it happen overnight? Or has it been a steady growth in size/sweeling?

This is my first year breeding too, but that is how I would expect to see an ovulating female!

for the last month or so she has been growing slowly. Today she looks abnormally thick. i will take some more pics later tonight. Before today she was always in a perfect circular coil.

Looks like an ovy to me! After her next shed, count 27 days after and get ready for eggs just in case! You will tell for sure a week or two before the lay date if she indeed gravid! Good luck!

    Re: Is she ovulating ??

I know this doesn't really answer your question but these pictures are of deff ovulations I caught last year. A few questions I have for the op is has she been feeding? If not how long has it been since her last meal? As well as some of the other questions that others have asked. It's hard to say with pics unless they are obvious and also its hard to say for sure unless you know all the backround info on her like the questions I and others have asked. But maybe my pics will help you see the ovulation or future ovulations better.
