The contrast between the lavender and white of adult dreamsicles can't be beat imo. I'll eventually go for both, but I'm much more excited about the prospect of dreamsicles than albino pieds in the future. Either is probably a fairly long ways off here though. Since I have most of my females tied up in projects already, and still don't own a lav.

    Re: Dreamsicle or Albino Pied?

After seeing both as adults the dreamsicle seems to fade more than the albino.
That said i voted albino pied.

This is Becky of the scottnbecky lol but I'm in love with the dreamsicles! I think they are beautiful. But I also love the albino pieds. I think the orange in the dreamsicles really sticks out compared to some of the albino pieds. But if cost is an issue the albino pieds is the way to go at least to start out. Some of the albino pieds have just as beautiful color as the dreamsicles but u also have that chance of throwing some with less color ( not so much orange and more of the yellow color). Either way they are both extraordinary morphs. And like some of the others have said if you go and buy a lav most breeders will cut u a deal on a reg albino . Well good luck!!!!

Albino Pied all the way, but I am a little bias.

Hopefully these two will be locking up next season for some double hets.

I own 2 adult lavs and they look completely different. I think its possible to produce 2 different dreamsicles that look completely different. I was talking to chad @proexotics and he said he didnt post pics of his lavclown because its not a great example of the lav or clown. I bet the next one produced is going to be exceptional. BTW I should have a dreamsicle produced this year... wish me luck =)

A baby gets the orangeness from the pied more than the albino.... well that and occasionally a contrast boost in a photo editing program....

I like both, but don't like how faded the yellow gets in lavenders. I'm going for both but trying to work in another gene or 2 to each project for some surprises that hopefully add to the projects.

I sort of like the faded look of the adults, I don't like faded regular albinos as much, but with the big patches of white from the pied it makes them look sort of soft and I dunno, creamy lol! They may be less contrast but they are very elegant and lovely. Antique. I would love both honestly!

oooh, both great looking snakes.. I wouldn't complain about having either

I voted dreamsicle, because they are more unique.. but with that comes that price tag, so the albino pieds are more realistic..
