Depends on how big you want to expand. Usually if there arent many clutches, you could sell them easy on craigslist to local people. Saves the hassel of certified shipping. However, if you want to expand a good amount, you are going to want to join a forum with a classified section. One, its free opposed to kingsnake.com which is a 100 dollars a year(not bad), and two it keeps you familiar with the people that buy from you. Repeat business is key for successfully profiting off of this wonderfull hobby

I've had great luck finding local buyers right here on BP.net. Any time I've tried Craigslist the ad gets flagged...

KS is the way to go. I am a no name in this business/hobby and have not had much of a problem at all selling the stuff that I wanted to let go with almost exclusively KS sales. What I have noticed this season that is interesting is that the high dollar stuff ($1000 and above) is much easier to sell than the below 1k stuff. The hardest stuff for me to sell last season was Lessers, Black pastels and YB's while the Lavender albino's, reduced pattern clowns, and even double hets sold almost immediately.

ainte that the truth. i guess i was under the impression he was trying to sell lower priced snakes since he said he only had a few clutches. for someone with upper end snakes, kingsnake.com is the right investment. i also am a strong believer that in this day and age, being without a website is near death for repeat customers!

Ive gotten lucky that all normals were either bought up in one visit from one customer, or pet stores buy 1-2 at a time. I limit what pet stores are allowed to buy from me or the fact of how they house them.

All the others, i privately contact friends as give them first pick of whats available, and whats left i list on forum classifieds.
