Humidity isn't all that big of a deal, the only thing the snakes REALLY need it for is the shedding process, which you can see coming, and just bump up the humidity a bunch when they go into shed.
It's been seen quite often where balls will get respiratory infections when humidity is constantly too low.
OP: at 40% like the you said, with the extra dish and the misting I think everything will be just fine

Redid the tank today. Warm side is at 102 with white light, and 89 with the Red light. Cool side is 69. Took Cooper a while to figure out how to squeeze into the smaller hides but he made it. I set the water bowl straight on the bottom of the tank so he can not longer burrow under it.
Going to get a lower wattage bulb today to help bring down the temp. Until then he only gets the red light
It looks much better with the 2 smaller hides and fake plants!! You should put that lower wattage bulb over the small hide on the right side of the tank though. 69 is way too cold. The red light and the UTH are fine where they are right now, but definitely put the smaller light over that cool side hide.
