ok guys How often should I feed my little one if she is underweight then.. still at a 5 day rotation or should it be more often? Can it have more than one at a time? or no?

What is she currently eating? How much does she weigh? You shouldn't feed any closer than 5 days......If you feed on Monday, feed again Saturday, etc. Ball pythons from hatching are capable of eating a rat pup or a hopper mouse.

I agree that she could use a bit more weight on her, but I do not believe that, if she gets fed regularly from this point forth, that her health is in any danger at all. You must understand that she most likely has not been fed very frequently (not that that is a necessarily bad thing, but if you want her to put on weight, that is a consideration you must make), and abruptly starting to feed her way more food than she is used to will stress her system. Don't feed her more frequently than 5-7 days, and try to skip a feeding here and there. She is definitely on the thin side, but not enough that you should stuff her with food she may not be able to handle.
