    What does "enchi" mean?

    Where does "enchi" come from, anyway? Sorry, I did look through the old threads, but couldn't find the answer... Is it short for enchilada? Or... what the heck else starts with "enchi"?

    Enchi is a town (village) in Ghana, Africa, where they were first found.

    As in: "En chi a purdy little critter..."
