Maybe you cant sleep cuz you been a little mean lately......kidding...
Ok....everynight before you actually go to sleep...you should pray out loud. Now it doesn't have to be "God" or "Budda" or a "higher power"...just whom ever you believe in. You can ask questions that truly are nagging you, or just talk and get whatever is on your mind off your chest. It doesn't have to be like you would pray at church. Basically have a conversation ... It will help...and it will help you to sleep a more sound sleep as well.
Ok...that is my non drug or alcohol sleep advice. Good luck.
Or you could do like Judy and just have a TON of sex....that'll make ya fall asleep
