Those are amazing pictures! She looks so relaxed and peaceful! And you look radiant!
There's a home just around the corner from my house that has two beautiful horses in the pasture around their house. One is a really dark color...almost black, but you can see deep red/brown in the sunlight...not sure what its called...and the other is a gorgeous gray appaloosa. Anyhow...drove past one day on my way to an appointment and saw the dark one laying down on her side right beside the fence...the gray was chomping away at the grass nearby and didn't seem the least bit concerned. But it freaked me out a bit! If I hadn't been running late, I was seriously tempted to turn up their driveway and knock on the door. I looked for them on my way back, and both were up chomping away at the grass. Much relief!!
Now I know she was probably just enjoying a warm spot of sunlight on a cool day. It's a very peaceful area with very little traffic, so I guess she feels pretty comfortable there. Nice to know!!
