so now i put the morph as... 'killer blast' aka 'super spinner blast'

    Q: "What's a Super Pastel X Spider X Pinstripe called?"

    A: - a Super Pastel X Spider X Pinstripe

I get tired with naming of combos. Enough of the marketing game, guys.

so like an Albino Spinner or a Axanthic Killer Bee..

it get so confusing I quit trying to keep up.. LOL
I agree! Killer Blast = super pastel pin. killer spinner = super pastel spider pin.

You do realise they aren't some "official" naming authority, right?

Doesn't make sense to me. As with a few other people that have commented to me "Killer" implies Super Pastel (like Killer Clown) and Blast just implies Pinstripe (like Lemon Blast)

Anytime the Spider and Pinstripe morphs are combined they are refereed to as a "Spinner"

So to me Killer Spin makes perfect sense and describes the genetics contained (Super Pastel Spinner) very well.

To me Killer Spin or Super Spin would make the most sense as the name of the Super Pastel Spider Pinstripe versus "Killer Blast" which I think is too confusing with a Super Pastel Pinstripe (Super Blast)

To wrap this up I think if anything the name should at least have "Spin" or "Spinner" in there somewhere to imply that there is both a Spider and Pinstripe gene present in the animal.

i sure hope not, look through their list they got a lot of stuff in the "aka" named wrong.

    actually it can make sense

super blast + Killerbee = Killer blast

its not like super pastels are called killers, back when it got named im sure the word killer implied super pastel/spider and adding blast implies pinstripe. then people followed another trend with naming snakes, but its still called what its called.

go yell at BHB if you don't like it lol, it doesn;t make sense today, but im sure it did back then.

I agree 100% with you and see it the same way .. By name Killer Spinner you know that there is a Super Pastel Pinstripe and Spider in ..

I have the last few days talking to different breeders about this name

Some breeders call it Killer Spinner and others call it Killer Blast ..
After that it's Brian has made it first, we have decided at Worldofballpythons.com correct name so it fits with what he says it was called from the beginning ..

Re: What's a Super Pastel X Spider X Pinstripe called?

It would be nice if there was an "official naming authority", as with the AKC and dogs. Some central body which agrees on the name, genetics, and confirmation of different morphs would certainly be useful.
0.1 Whitewater Rosy Boa - "Shiva"
    0.1 Lavender Corn Snake
    0.1 Blood Python - "Sangria"

    Ball Pythons
    1.0 Spinner - "Zeus"
    1.0 Spotnose - "Anubis"

    0.2 Normals - "Athena" & "Persephone"
    0.2 Lemon Pastels - "Shaitan" & "Artemis"
    0.1 Cinnamon - "Hera"
