I went through that about 10 days ago, I wanted to eat everything in sight, and everything i could smell. For me it felt like the first days in august when I started this diet. I have to admint I did eat a few Reasy cups they were my fav. Anything to do with peanet butter i love. So Any way I eat 4 or 5 at least. And after all that time doing with out they didnt taste like I remember. So all I did was feel bad and mad at myself for the break down. I dont really have a point here other then those cravings happen to all of us working to change our lifestiles.
