It is nice, very light. If it's got as nice an attitude it will be a fantastic pet.

Actually, Indians have more of a block type pattern. The colors are much lighter and the triangle head pattern is faded toward the snout. As far as size, there is not much difference at all. Both average around 10-12' for males and 14-16' for females, although there are exceptions to the rule in all cases. In burms, het greens and het granites do have a different look than normal....as well as het lucies.
Sri Lankans have the puzzle type pattern and even more muted pale colors. The triangle head pattern for them is even more faded and in most cases looks as if it is cut in half. Sri Lankans are also the smallest of the molurus group and by far the most defensive/aggressive depending on how you look at it.lol.
In all aspects, this animal could be a cross. Burms tend to have a more irregular than what this animal exibits. Having bred all three subspecies, they are have their distinct traits. Having seen many crosses of molurus X bivittatus, this one looks very similar.
Good looking animal regardless.

Sorry.lol. Indian(molurus) X Burmese(bivittatus). The Sri Lankan ssp is pimbura. All similar but still very different. You have a beautiful animal. That's what really counts.

Burmese python. Ill post pics up later of my indian and burm so you can see the difference. Theres no mistaking them. Usually the lighter color in burms comes from either being het for albino or het for green.
