Last week, I took my 10 loads of laundry loaded them in the van and drove to the laundromat. Loaded all of them on 5 double loader machines and 10 dryers and I was folding after 1.5 hours. I got home put everything back in the closets and I was done in under 3 hours. All work that was concentrated on nothing but laundry.

Sometimes, when I find myself overwhelmed, I put all my efforts on one task at a time and put all my tasks in succession.

When you're working of a checklist with specific goals, you'll find that the proscatination is drastically lessened.
