I LOVE P90X!!!! I am on Day 31 of my 4th Round! I could go on and on about why I love it.

First of all, you are going to get out of it what you put into it. It is HARD. The way I think of it, the harder I go, the more pain I feel, the faster and better the results are. The first 2 weeks are going to be hell if you are doing it correctly in my opinion. You shouldn't be able to get out of bed in the morning for a week or so. Make sure you are eating enough too! Whenever I start up another round I notice how my appetite spikes up during the program so it is easier to eat 4-6 big meals a day. I would say 30 days is an accurate guess as to when results will start to become noticeable, and after that you start feeling even better and looking better. Lots of my friends have seen my results and decided to start the program, but 95% of them have all quit before finishing the 3rd week due to fatigue, soreness, or time constraints. So my biggest advice to you is go harder than you think you can, especially when you don't even want to start your workout, eat more, and make time. I think you can make time for anything that you really want to do.

My first round I started at 185lbs, athletic but soft. After the 90 days I weighed 167 lbs and had VERY low body fat %. Amazing stuff!
