It's a hardcore workout that's for sure! Be prepared, the first week my younger bro had to give up because he couldn't sit up out of bed in the morning hahaha. I recommened going with the bands as weights will cost you a FORTUNE. It's a lot fun and not repetitive at all! New work outs every day.

Oh yeah and if you add a run in with the workout and your not a chubmeister (which you clearly are not) your gunna hafta up your calories huge. If not your going to be burning all the muscle off of you instead.
