this guy knows that i got mad on BLBC and he knows that dan of TSK went on reptile radio and said that he never told me that. He basicly was just trying to get me angry which in turn I just gave him a pick and good bye. I thought I handled it well. There are some real morans on this site and if you havent read the hole thread its hard to have an opinion. Bottom line, some people cant take critisizm and some people cant hand it out without being arogent. If these people want to push my buttons they are not going to get a rise out of me. Even now i am sitting here calm as can be laughing at this situation.

Wake up people, you did insult me by saying I dont have as much experience as I think and that if put up against you I would be inferior and nobody will buy from me on this site and all that. The people who act like this to me will find that i am a go getter and its better to be my friend and understand me then to be on the other side. Please just say you are sorry for the insults. I have already said sorry for mine and extravigently tried to correct these mistakes. Please do the same and we can move on.

OK, so i have a 20 long glass tank. I have a flukkers heat pad taped with aluminum tape to the bottom at the hide box side of the tank, and a 100 watt light at the other end over the water bowl. The substrate is paper and I keep it clean. I soak my bp's about every week and I feed them about every 5 days. I do not have a thermostat for the pads but it says they can not go past 100 degrees. And I dont think its to hot for them anyways. I keep the heat pad on when I go to sleep and I put the light on when I wake up. I turn the heat pad off when I turn the light on.
Is there anything I can do differently that might be better???

Can you Identify one single phrase in that post that shows any evidence of your experience level or, like us, do the four bad husbandy mistakes jump out at you?

Hint,

"the hide end" - there should be one at either end at a minimum in a glass tank.
"soak every week" - not only is this unnecessary it can actually cause problems.
"I do not have a thermostat" - self evident. Also the apparent guessing at the temps.
" I keep the heat pad on when I go to sleep and I put the light on when I wake up. I turn the heat pad off when I turn the light on." - they would be better kept at a constant day/night temp regime unless you are conditioning for breeding. And turning off belly heat to use an overhead source is just plain daft. Sorry but it is.

Everything about that post screams beginner experience level - so get off your high horse and forgive us for not mystically intuiting you are an old hand with vast experience. To then say you house multiple animals together doesn't exactly help either.

And they didn't say people wouldn't buy from you because of experience level - they said it because of your attitude.

Moving on might be a good idea at this point. Put your rattle back in your pram, suck it up, and get on with your life.

You cannot control what others type - but you absolutely control what you type. And it is your own words and actions that are digging you in deeper at this point.

alright check this out. I give respect and get respect. I disrespect to anger. I show graditude to give praise and I become agressive when challenged. A sum up of who i am. Now who are you all? You bipass 20 sentences and comment on one. You take offence to things you should consider. You try and trump instead of lend a hand. You try and push instead of grasp. You turn down appoligies. You shut out everyones opinion but your own. OK. Now how much time have you and I put in to this hobby? How many of you agree with just the others? It is because you have been pushed into a dissiding factor where you are forced to take sides. Only a few did not take sides but spoke on there own feelings. For that I applaud you. But how many of you didnt? How many of you believed you where right no matter what? Everyone. How many of you have seen success with your life. If yes then why do you have to defend so vivaciosly? We are never fully mature until we can look back on our lives and say" wow, Thats what I did."

You know...there is an actual recognized syndrome in which someone can have such a vastly different view of reality that speaking to them is literally like speaking to someone with a different language.

This thread is like watching (and participating in) an argument between an Italian and a Chinese person, each speaking their native tongue and not understanding a word the other person is saying.

Wish I could remember the name of it...but regardless, I think we have witnessed it here. Time for this to end.
