I just think that many of us have seen, heard of, or adopted a poorly cared for snake or animal and it breaks our hearts. I think the most important thing is that the snakes are well cared for. It sounds like you came here for some advice and I would take it. This site is an excellent place to get help and more information on care for reptiles and the administrators and other posters are very knowledgeable and helpful. I am not sure they really get the recognition deserved because they've help me with questions many times. I think this is just to say that I am thankful for this site.
