Awesome workout! But be prepared for the commitment...sometimes up to 1 1/2 hours a night 6-7 days a week. I like the variety in the workouts (you're not doing the same thing every day) and also the fact that you can switch up the workout depending on what you want to achieve. Invest in a good chin-up bar (I have the kind that goes in the door frame) and resistance bands or weights (I like the weights, personally). And diet is a HUGE component so don't ignore that aspect if you want to take full advantage of the workouts!! Trust me, with the time and effort you put into the workouts, you won't want anything to affect the results so you'll find yourself instinctively wanting to eat better...Good luck!
