Made an appointment with the vet, it's at 2:00 tomorrow (Thursday). They said they might have to keep him and work on him
I'm so anxious. My poor nergal.
What would they do, if they had to keep him?

Depends on what they find.
If they think he has a breach in the lens, they will most likely put him under to clean and check the eye.
