    Everything everyone else said lol. The thing about mites is it seems they can pop up even if you never go to pet stores, reptile shows, or bring new herps into your collection. I recommend treating with P.A.M about once every month or 2. I keep a few empty tubs with treated Aspen and just rotate the snakes around into a new treated tub when I clean. That way no one gets mites but also the tubs have plenty of dry time after treatment before putting snakes in.

    They supposedly have a 2-3 week life cycle but its better to be safe than sorry.
