Actually dogs prolapse quite often when there are female dogs in heat around. It happens to my dogs, but generally goes away. If it doesn't go away, they need surgery before it dries out, like your snake needed.Originally Posted by Gadsden

And talking down to us, the ones who gave you the proper and ONLY legitimate advice, isn't going to get you anywhere. OF COURSE we were rude to you, instead of taking care of your snake who will now have permanent damage because his "owner" refused to give him the necessary care because he was "asking around for an inexpensive vet". You should have been calling around and seeing if someone could work something out with you, or if they would accept a post dated check. Not just waiting for the magical tool called FaceBook to offer you a solution.
