The only thing I recommend is to get rid of the half log hide as it is stressful to a ball with such a wide opening. You need a hide that has one small opeing and you need two, one on the cool side and one on the warm side. I like to use these ones: http://www.amazon.com/Exo-Terra-Rept.../dp/B001F3YJ9O. Just to give you an idea of a nice secure hide. Also I would use a heat mat instead of lights because balls love belly heat and they don't suck up your humidity like bulbs do. Well I'll do definitely that! Thank you. So is the white bulbs really bad for the snake? If they are is there any other bulbs that i can use to light up the terrrarium that will not hurt them?
You can have any of the night time colored bulbs, they come in like reds and purples. The reds can be bright, you may just have to use a higher wattage.
