    Like I mentioned previously, I could care less about the 15 minutes late. I was taken aback by the erroneous time entry. The fact that he entered it as 10:29 struck me as odd and then I started researching. The snake was delivered, services were rendered, everyone was happy. Hakuna matata.
    Oh I see what you're saying..here's what you do. Get all that together and present it to your rep..and express how important proper time stamps are for your records and for your customer guarantee's. Express that the time isn't an issue but the fact that the delivery was scanned as delivered a full (how ever many) minutes before your customer actually got it is a problem for your record keeping .. I'd be kind of put off by that too..it means the driver is falsifying his reports to appear to be on time.

    Try this next time request a direct Signature.. It makes the driver get your customers signature by addressee only , and only their signature before they can scan it as delivered..now the down side is they have to be there not just any one can sign for it
