While I can understand your frustration 20 minutes past 10:30 for a properly packaged animal isn't a big deal..Even a few hours. The time to worry is like when it's stuck in Knoxville with 2 feet of snow on the ground and the delivery time is estimated at 4 days...that's when you start burning up the phone's.. LOL

Like I mentioned previously, I could care less about the 15 minutes late. I was taken aback by the erroneous time entry. The fact that he entered it as 10:29 struck me as odd and then I started researching. The snake was delivered, services were rendered, everyone was happy. Hakuna matata.
