    I just read your original post again. Are you saying that the warm side temp drops to 24C at night?

    yes they were the temperatures i got told from the reptile shop

    I would suggest getting digital thermometers and hygrometer. They are more reliable and give a more accurate reading of temperatures and humidity. The dial type have been known to give inaccurate readings...

    Ok. You need to keep the warm side temp at 33-35 all the time. It's ok if the cool side temp drops down to 24-25 at night but they need a way to thermoregulate. If the cool side temp is dropping below 24 at night, then you might need to make some modifications to your tank to keep the temps up...
