The only indication of another person's rep is the number of green boxes just above their avatar.

Also, I know if you are oin your User CP page, you can see your own Rep Power. Is it possible to have a mambers Rep Power displayed on their profile page?
I don't know if that's possible or not...and our favorite tweaker is now getting his butt kicked at boot camp. But our rep power doesn't scale here as dramatically as it does at...say....Fauna. Most folks just have a 1-point "power"...with a few extra points that can be gained for really high post counts and high reps.
I ask this, because I got a reputation from someone, but it was neutral. I then went to their profile page to try and figure out why it was neutral. I kind of thought they had been around a while, and should have a Rep Power of 1.
Even a fairly new member can have some rep power...but if they have LOST any points so that their rep falls below 10, they will have 0 power. So it's possible for a long-time member to have 0 rep power if their own rep is below 10. (Their green box doesn't turn red unless their rep drops really low)

Just curious, and throwing a few thoughts out there.
