Mike just order from Greg West www.cornelsworld.com. He charges $3.50 a foot for 4" flexwatt. He also sells Herpstats, PVC/Malemine racks and cages. Very reasonable prices and I get all of my heating needs from him. He is located in Alberta.
    Good luck.

I actually contacted him before I made this thread and in total for shipping and 4 feet of 11'' heat tape its 55$ (all pre-wired ect)

A little to pricey for me. Im gonna wait, save up my money and see what im gonna get

    Thanks!

That's the cheapest you'll get in Canada unless you find someone local. The CRBE will have flexwatt available as well, it'll save on your shipping costs.

It's much cheaper if you just wire the flexwatt yourself.. Very easy to do.

Cobra Heat Mats by T-Rex are the same thing as Ultratherm Heat Pads.

They are sold at various stores in Canada - or by on-line retailers in Canada.

As for ultratherms versus flex-watt - I'll pay the extra cash and get the therms everytime......................

Yeah, I am leaning towards the ultratherm. Heat tape is great but I can promise you all with 100% certainty that I not be able to wire it properly and all that, ill end up causing a fire

    I can guarantee it lol

I think ultratherm is the best bet for me

Also thanks for the info about the cobra heat mats, I think the big als sells them near me

    Thanks
