Canned Replies not working for me

What is interesting is I have 2 "Welcomes" in my canned replies now. Mine and Jim Smith's - lol. Don't know how that happened but at least my canned replies works now. I will delete his canned reply from my canned replies though.

I can't delete Jim's from my canned replies as it says it is a "shared reply" and there is no delete button for it?

I'll remove my "Shared" setting, and it should go away.
