Re: Weird skin fold under the chin?

this actually happened to one of my normals when i fed it small adult mouse. it is kinda big for him, that stayed there for like almost 2 days and just disappeared. i thought it might just be a stretched skin since that was a pretty big feed. i never fed him small adult mouse again after that, i'll wait when he grows larger.

but you fed hopper.. that shouldnt really be that big, unless you got one very big hopper which already happened to me which is almost as big as a small adult mouse.

it was a fairly small hopper, too... but maybe the skin stretched anyways because I had to feed him two that day and he's not used to having more than one a week, much less two in one day...?

Update: Weird skin fold under the chin?

I checked his chin today and it no longer has a fold, but the scales look a bit funny (it doesn't seem to be bothering him though) so I'm pretty convinced that it was just stretched out as was said above because he ate more than he was used to.
