I had never seen a belly and some people say they can be hard to tell between yb at times.

I've heard the same thing, but the breeder male we just picked up has a belly that looks nothing like a YB.

Here's some of my new baby spider's belly...if you look REALLY carefully (at my crappy pics ) you can see a tiny "vertical" black row of scales where his umbilcord was...
