Yeah I agree...Next time I'm waiting for pippage because waiting for them to come out is annoying!! Especially when you cut them, and now you get to see them in the egg, but not out of it lol. What a tease!

But is is possible to remove them from the egg manually? Tomorrow will be 5 days after me cutting them, seems kinda long to sit in an egg after its been cut no? Having trouble finding info on this...

I suppose it's possible, but I wouldn't recommend it. They stay in their egg to absorb the rest of their yolk sac. You might cause more problems if you remove them and they start to move around with their yolk sac attached.

I cut eggs (edward scissorhands-like ayayay) at day 60 and 8 days later still waiting for them to do something. I'm getting used to peeking every morning to...the same thing... squirt some saline solution (I had a bunch laying around) to clean it out, put lid back on, check temps every few minutes for the entire day then doing it over again the next day.
I think it will be day 20 post-cut before something happens, I tell ya! I'm now going for the longest incubation record of all time.

Sorry to hear that I didn't work out for you. However, as others have stated, you win some, you lose some. I have had great successes by getting involved prior to usual human involvement. What I think is good about this, is that you were able to gain some great experience early in your involvement in the hobby. The more things you see and get under your belt, the more apt you are to deal with the rarities that can occur with these animals.

Thats exactly how it goes every morning! I just wanna see their whole bodies already!!

Hmm... I don't know. Maybe somebody can start a poll on it.

I'm on day 70... is it already 70? So, I think I'm winning the record as it stands. They "seem" to be alive still... twitches, red veins, no smell, no mold.
