    Keeps trying to...

    My snake keeps trying to escape he has been up damn near all day and now that its night he is trying to get out. I would take him out but I just fed him today. >.>

    Will he be ok? He keeps falling to. >.>

    Check his temps to make sure he's comfortable in there, maybe feed him another mouse if he keeps it up tomorrow.

    If he's all over the place anyway, it's probably safe to handle him.

    If the cage is secure and there are no sharp objects he could fall on, he should be fine.

    Temps are perfect. I checked on him and he is in his hide.

    No sharp objects but there are blunt object he can fall on. =)

    How old/new is he?

    A roaming ball python is a stressed ball python. It does NOT mean he's comfortable and should be handled.

    If he's new, it's normal. They explore their new habitats and see if they can find somewhere more secure. Eventually, they decide they're about as secure as they're gonna get and settle into their hides.

    He could just be hungry, but if he's new, the above is more likely.
