I could not list all of them for you, but I do know that there is a Sinaloan, a Nelson's, and Hondurans (which usually have a variety of morphs). I couldn't tell you about the Nelson's or Hondurans, but my Sinaloan female is a sweetie. She's a little on the skittish side, but that's to be expected with a hatchling. I don't believe she'll get too big.....maybe 3 to 4 feet? I haven't gotten that far with her yet, she's still only a foot long. Anyway, I hope someone better than me can come along and give you some pointers. All I can offer is that my Sinaloan is a ton of fun and well worth having.

I have a handful of Hondurans and I really like them. They have a reputation for being nervous and flighty, which they come by honestly. All of mine settled down after a month or so, and I can say I've only been musked once in the past year. They still have that nervous twitch, but they lost the flightiness. And they are also pretty inexpensive, even for the morphs.

I have black milks and a Pueblan milk. I also have kings, and a king/pueblan cross called an Imperial.

Between the kings and the milks - my milks are the most flighty of the bunch and more likely to musk and just go bonkers when I hold them. Great feed responses from all of them.

I'd say the Pueblan is the most psycho of them all in my collection. LOL

Most if not all of the lampropeltis triangulum animals are a bit on the nervous, flighty, spastic side although every individual varies..Most all of the North american animals are of the 3-4 foot size, central american animals will exceed that and the black milk is the largest, the hondurans will hit 5/+ maybe..All are slender in build and won't likely attain the girth/mass of some of the kingsnakes, floridas/chain kings..
Because of Morphs, many are not pure and are a combination of milk..
As far as locales/sub species I'd point you to wikipedia or search engine..

All are generally hardy captives and make for rewarding keeping..
