    Shedding Question

It appears to me that my Ball Python has been shedding for almost 3-4 days. I am not really sure how long it is supposed to take. Humidity in his tank is 74%.

    Re: Shedding Question

It can usually take up to 12 days. The first obvious signs are cloudy greyish-blue eyes. After this sign it usually takes up to a week for the snake to complete its shed.

Ok. Was just checking. Hopefully my guy has a good shed. Feed normal during shed too right?

Mine feeds during shed. You have to really try to limit your handling because it could hurt the shed. Mine eats during shed though, it all depends on the snake. Here's a helpful link:

    Re: Shedding Question

I kept my humidity 70-80% and then I fed regularly and I did not hold him.

Good luck. Do you normally feed in-cage?
