They should plump back up with the increased humidity in your egg tub, but might never plump back out fully. I've used lightly dampened sphagnum moss draped over eggs to plump them out when I've had early dimpling in the past.
i saw that stuff at lowes in the garden center , ill get some and dampen it with a spray bottle
