quit when I started picking up text books, neuroscience, philosophy, etc because it's far too simple to appeal to me much anymore.
It's when I'm in the middle of those sort of books that I turn to the lighter literature the most, haha my brain needs to have balance! It's like, I can be so into movies like Schindler's List and be so emotionally moved and follow all of the symbolic cues etc but ...I can enjoy watching the Devil Wears Prada too haha.

I was taking a Literary Theory and Criticism class during the Winter Qtr and half way through Foucault, Derrida, and Strauss I was happy to have a little bit of Robin Hobb on the side.
