    Feeding and my BP...

Well, its not an urgent question but the Breeder I got my 7 Week old snake from had him on a 5 Day feeding schedule. I just wanted to know would it be okay to stay on this schedule? I mean its only 2 more mice a month. What are the health issues of continuing this?

I am feeding my snake every five days because he was off feed since november. He is shedding now, which is good, but he will be getting fed every five days until he is up to weight.

I would try to feed yours every seven to ten days.

I mean he seems to eat fine cause wouldn't he deny the food if he wasn't hungry? I'll probably keep him on a every 5 day feeding for another month until he gets settled in and used to his surrounding and then switch him to every 7 days.

It's all gonna depend on the size meal you feed it. My snake can eat a large mouse every 4 days because it's not much food for him to take and digest. But if it was 2 mice or maybe a rat, I would wait 7-10 days for it to digest the larger meal. I don't think there is a right or wrong way to feed the snake as long as it's able to digest what's being eaten.

Yea, I think I'm going to feed him every 5 days for now.

Every 5 days is perfectly fine. I try to feed every 5 days up to 500-700g and then move to 7-10 days.
