lol, well I couldn't hold off on getting another phone of course so I picked up an Aria on launch day. I really love it. It's smaller than most of the other devices talked about here and that's not a bad thing. The battery is excellent and at the end of my day I still have tons of life left. It's faster moving through menus and Sense UI than the Snapdragon powered Evo. It's honestly deceptively fast and I tried everything to bog it down and it never slowed.
I think that the speed is what surprises people. Mulitouch is flawless in my usage as well. The external speaker is kinda weak for music, but that hasn't bothered me. Video playback for streaming and off of sd card look fantastic. The gps connects super fast and holds well. Google maps navigation is really great for free. I actually use the mic button and speak most of my texts and email since it's easier than typing and it very rarely makes an error.
The Samsung Captivate (Galaxy S) is coming out most likely at the end of July so that will probably be my next phone.
