    A red basking bulb is fine but it may be a little odd to use it with a tub. Those bulbs get pretty hot. I would definitely leave the lamp OUTSIDE the enclosure though.

    If your humidity is already high then you shouldn't have much of an issue. Belly heat is preferred but there are plenty of people who use lamps just fine.

    I am still curious what country you live in? It much be pretty obscure if Amazon is charging that much for shipping.

    Edit: If you are using tanks and lamps, I think I would just stick with that. Plastic tubs might not play too well with a lamp.
