Re: How do I lower my humidity?

what is the humidity in the room housing the tank? If the ambient room humidity is high, its harder to lower humidity. You could try using a room fan to blow air out of the room.

Get a smaller water bowl for your enclosure. Less water surface area generally equals less humidity. The reverse is also true if you need to raise humidity.

Ok I will try the fan idea. Im not sure what the humidity is in the room. I need to buy a digital hygrometer and check it out.

The water dish is actually pretty small in relation to the animal. I was actually considering getting a bigger one for that very reason. I might not do it now if the humidity is too high. What are ya'lls opinions of too high humidity? There is no fog or water condensation on the glass. Should it be ok?
