Re: Didnt know that baby hoggies are REALLY small..
Hey Ed, those are normal looking bellies, they can be solid or have some kinda like checkerboard to them of orange like color...Small is definitly right weighing in about 4-5 grams at hatching..But their little piggies and grow fast, they also don't shed as much as others and really stretch the skin before shucking it..ENJOY..
Ed , it says your on the 3rd largest island in the world, Borneo, Got any pictures of the native snakes.. , The Borneo pythons ?? The animals that we are SOO crazy about..

Re: Didnt know that baby hoggies are REALLY small..
ED, I am addicted to Python Brietensteini,, they are the focus of our attention..I have a thread titled "Love my Borneos" in the Blood section..
We also have 11 hognoses which we enjoy greatly with their comical nature..
If you happen to have any local pictures of the Brietensteini we'd LOVE to see them..
Thank you,
Tim..
