Hey guys. Today the Hydrofarm thermostat started to be shipped. which means it will arrive a max of 7 days after I get my BP

which isnt to bad, I can sacrific a lot of sleep (insomnia works out for the better here? ) and just monitor temps night and day until it arrives

But my problem is, I have read a lot on this thermostat and it seems very good. but I wanted to know if It is a proportional thermostat or an on/off?

And if it is an on/off whats the difference?

Does the on/off mean that if you set it at lowest temp 90 and highest 100 that if it hits 100, it will turn off the UTH until it drops to 90 then turn it back on?

and if its proportional does that mean it just maintains constant temps?
