for me it's raw foods... i don't know what it is... raw fish, eel, rare steaks, slightly undercooked chicken and pork loin... it's awesome! especially with the right blend of spices or searing on a grill.
my other vice is hot peppers... i'm to the point where habaneros barely bother me. give me a savina or a jolokia!

Judy,
Read over your post and please understand your complete butchering of other cultures.
There are more people than just Americans here, and I'm sure they'd feel highly unwelcome.

I really hate bacon, and I love that I hate it, because it is so unhealthy. It is easy for me to go overboard on chocolate, though.... but I don't completely hate that I love it!

Matt, this discussion is done here. If you feel some compulsive need to continue it, you may PM me...or if you must do so in public, you may start a thread in QT. And anyone who feels that I somehow "butchered" all the other cultures of the world can feel free to join in.
If you post any more disruptions in this thread, or anywhere else, you will be infracted and the post deleted.

They make something here at the state fair every year. Deep Fried Twinkies on a stick dipped in chocolate. Soooo good. but I keep expecting my heart to explode with every bite.
