    Daniel, Is that the Pearl River you're located at.

    I ran into a speckled king ealier this year, but not nearly as nice as the one in your pic. Thanks for sharing!

    Yep! Pearl River, Louisiana.

    I spotted probably the nicest speckled I have ever seen this morning....look for that to come in a thread soon

    Canon Rebel XSi with a various assortment of lenses. For wildlife stuff, I mostly a 70-200 f/4L and a 100 f/2.8 Macro. Best two lenses for wild reptile photography in my opinion.

    There are alot better cameras out there.....but none that I would feel as comfortable running through the woods after a snake with.
