Another way to name besides what she looks like is by her personality, or little habits they pick up.

Our RTB got stuck with the Gopher as he lives to just bury under the substrate - even with a hide. He won't use it. So Gopher it was for him. There are other stories behind the other four names but I won't bore you with all of that.

    Re: New female pythons name?

    Welcome to the forums! =]
I'm not very creative so sorry I won't be able to help with names. When I got my girl I asked my friend for suggestions, she ended up announcing on her radio show that I needed help. XD So I ended up naming her from a strangers suggestion. I just recently got a betta fish, and I can't even think of anything to name him... I'm beginning to think of naming him Link (my geek-ness shows).
Here's a few suggestions I got from a few other people Zabimaru, Ormrikr (which roughly means Great Serpent in Old Norse. I contemplated using this one, but decided not to, and would use it for my next snake. XD), and Riddle. Yeah, so their all kinda geeky, but I figured it'd be better then nothing.

I'm a nerd , most of my reptiles got named after ninja turtles characters, so my suggestion is find a show or movie you really like and name after that
