Did you use peg board, or is that some kind of PVC?? I cant find anything like that if its PVC would love to know where you found it.

It's 1/8" Expanded PVC. I drilled 300+ holes in each level. I clamped them all together and then drilled all the holes to save time. I then sanded every piece smooth.
