I think you're out of luck. Sounds like you need permit, but doing a little searching it sounds like they aren't giving out permits to pet owners currently. Do you have experience with hots already? Not exactly the smartest thing to jump into without any kind of handling experience (as you will also hear echoed a thousand times on here)
